Cancellation Policy:
- Registration may be cancelled up to and including 31st August 2026. A cancellation fee A cancellation fee of €95.00 +VAT (€116.85 inclusive of VAT at the current Irish VAT rate of 23%) per registered delegate will apply and will be deducted from any refund due. Refund requests received after 31st August 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
For group bookings, the cancellation fee applies to each cancelled delegate. If the registration is cancelled after this date, any fees will not be refunded.
- Changing a Participant's Name

Changing a registered participant’s name is possible up to 1st Oct 2026. Changes after that are
subject to a €95 administrative fee.
